How do I Book my Free Consultation?

How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. Beginners often notice changes within the first 30 days — improved strength, more energy, and better overall fitness. The key is to continue showing up.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Absolutely. Community is a huge part of what we do. You’ll train in small groups, cheer each other on, and probably end up with a few new friends along the way.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We’re not just a gym — we’re a coaching-driven community. Every member is paired with a dedicated coach to guide their progress both in and out of class. You’ll get the personal attention of a training program with the energy and camaraderie of group fitness. It’s a hybrid model built to deliver real results and real relationships.
How often should I come to class?
If you're just getting started, we recommend coming 2 to 4 times a week. As your body adjusts, you can aim for 5 sessions per week. It takes time to build up, so be patient, listen to your body, and remember: recovery is just as important as training.
Do you provide free refreshments?
We offer filtered water for all members (with a dispenser being installed soon!). For an extra boost, we also sell premium energy drinks, protein bars, and ready-to-drink protein shakes — everything you need to stay fueled before or after your session.
Do I have to be fit to join?
Not at all. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or have years of experience, our program meets you where you are. Every workout is scalable, so you’ll be challenged at your level — and supported every step of the way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
What kinds of workouts can I expect?
Each class includes a strength or skill component — think Olympic lifting, squats, deadlifts, or bodyweight work like handstand push-ups (scalable of course!). After that, you'll hit a workout of the day (WOD), typically lasting anywhere from 8 to 30 minutes. Every session is thoughtfully programmed to challenge you, build progress, and keep things fresh.
Do I have to give up my favorite foods to be healthy?
Not at all. A healthy lifestyle should be sustainable and enjoyable. There’s plenty of room for your favorite foods — it’s all about balance. As you build healthier habits, cravings often shift naturally. You’ll feel better, perform better, and find that overly processed foods just don’t hit the same. Focus on nourishing your body most of the time, and enjoy the occasional treat without guilt.
